## Personal Trainer

I am deeply passionate about fitness and helping others build strong, healthy, and functional bodies. As a former bodybuilding competitor, I bring firsthand experience, discipline, and a strong understanding of what it takes to transform both physically and mentally.

I am a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Bodybuilding & Physique Development Specialist. My approach goes beyond aesthetics—I focus on proper movement, injury prevention, and long-term sustainability. I am currently furthering my education by studying for my Exercise Therapy certification, allowing me to better support clients dealing with pain, imbalances, or movement limitations.

My mission is to help individuals train with purpose, fuel their bodies properly, and feel confident, capable, and empowered in their fitness journey.
