### Aline Breaux

## Fitness Instructor

Aline has over 20 years experience teaching wellness classes! She recently retired from teaching business classes at SLCC. Aline teaches water aerobics at our MTS Dulles location where her specialty is a sustained cardio workout in shallow water and she enjoys toning and deep-water exercises.

Aline believes in regular cardio activity to stay healthy and keep moving.

Water Aerobics is low impact and very easy on the joints. Her classes are designed for any skill level. She encourages everyone to try out a water class because you may just discover something you really like!
