Blake is originally from Opelousas, Louisiana. He received his Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette in 2008. In 2012, he obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from LSU Health Sciences Center-Shreveport. Blake specializes in orthopedics and post-operative rehabilitation and is certified in Functional Dry Needling. He currently resides in Carencro with his wife April.
