### Laura Byerley, CPT

## Health & Wellness Coordinator

Laura is from New Orleans, Louisiana. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science in 2014. She received her personal training certification from the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and has expressed her passion for health and wellness through other certifications such as group fitness, Funkie Fusion (dance aerobics), and Pilates mat. She is also now a Crossfit Level-1 trainer. Laura started her journey with MTS in 2017.
