### Monica Bass, PT

## Physical Therapist

Monica was born and raised in Kaplan, LA where she resides with her husband and 4 children. She is a graduate of LSU School of Allied Health, New Orleans in 1992. She began her career at St Patrick Hospital in Lake Charles, LA while completing Athletic Training Certification. Monica has leadership experience and is a wound care specialist in long term acute care. She also has clinical experience in inpatient rehab, home health, SNF/swing bed and outpatient therapy. Her passion is outpatient ortho.
