What is Massage Therapy

what can you expect?

Massage therapy is the scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of normalizing those tissues and consists of manual techniques that include applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and/or causing movement of or to the body.

Massage Therapy is an effective way to release that pain, tension and stress you are feeling.

Calm & Quiet

Our Massage Therapists have created a calm & quiet space to promote your healing and relaxation.

DO I HAVE TO BE A PATIENT TO RECEIVE THE MASSAGE SERVICES?

No, at MTS our massage services are available and offered to everyone. A physician referral or evaluation by one of our physical therapists is not required. Simply call any MTS location to schedule your appointment today.
