Azubuike is originally from New York City and went to the University of Georgia where he earned his Bachelor's of Exercise Science in 2012. He attended PT school at Armstrong State University in Savanna, GA where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015. From there, he went on to practice in a variety of settings including outpatient, LTAC, acute, inpatient rehab, skilled nursing and swing bed. Azubuike married his wife in 2016 and has an 11 month old son. He enjoys cooking, relaxing with his family, traveling and reading. He and his family moved to Broussard about a month ago, as his wife is starting her medical career as a physician.
