Cindy joined our MTS Wellness Team in 2023 and has nearly 10 years of experience teaching Water Aerobics. She believes that water exercise offers a great overall body workout for all ages and fitness levels. Cindy loves to create fun water aerobics playlists that help to keep the energy high during a workout. Her only requirement is that "no one stands still". Cindy says, "If you're moving, you're exercising!"
