Emily moved to Louisiana after being born and raised in Colorado. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science with concentrations in Sport Nutrition and Human Performance. She is knowledgeable about exercising whilst managing symptoms of chronic disease, having a background in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. Health and wellness are very important to her, and she will talk about it to anyone who listens! But when she is not in the gym, you'll find her outdoors or catching an international flight somewhere.
