Izzy was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. She attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science Fitness Studies. She received her personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and has always had a passion for health and fitness. In her free time, Izzy enjoys working out, going on runs, and playing pickleball. Izzy strives for excellence in wellness and desires to help each individual become their best self!
