### Taylor East, CPT

## Fitness Supervisor

Taylor is from Lafayette, Louisiana. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from Henderson State University in Arkansas in 2019. She received her Personal Training and Corrective Exercise Specialist certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Her love for exercise and being physically active grew when she got her Group Exercise certifications in Group Barbell and Indoor Cycling. Taylor has been working in the fitness industry since graduating and joined the MTS Wellness Team in 2023.
