The MTS Virtual Wellness classes are still designed for our clients and are LIVE, allowing clients to ask questions and receive as much individual attention as possible.
We realize that nothing can replace the in-person interaction given in normal circumstances - we are doing our best to keep our Wellness services as personalized as possible, until in-person our services can continue.

What gives me passion in teaching is to witness someone realize something that they can now do, as where before they were limited. It gives me great enjoyment to know that I can be apart of their growth in movement.
I feel that once someone gets that moment of success and I am apart of their success story, that is what keeps me motivated and gives me my ultimate passion in teaching.
I think that with all that is going on in the world, it is so important to stay moving to stay happy and healthy. Some have limitations that make it hard to get out and go to the gym or getting out in general to take a walk.
But now more than ever is the time to stay motivated to move. Movement not only helps with mobility, but also with stress.
Joining a class will not only get you moving, but also to be apart of life again, making friends and socializing. Because let’s be honest, friends make everything better and exercise just makes it easier.
